- Check-in is 3pm to 7pm (Please contact us in advance if you wish to check in outside of these hours).
- Check-out time is 10am. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us before 10pm.
- Payment is: Cash, or Credit Card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Master card, Amex and JCB.
- Sorry, no refunds if you cancel after checking in.
- If you wish to check-out between 10pm and 8am, please inform management the day before.
- Cooking facilities are available (newly renovated).
- Cafe BSC with light meals is available.
- Bathroom facilities are shared (newly renovated).
- Laundry facilities are available (newly renovated).
- Internet - 5yen/minute.
- Photocopying prices - A4 20yen/sheet, A3 40yen/sheet.
- Printing prices - A4 20yen/sheet.
- International Phone Calls - 100yen/minute (9am to 7pm only)
- Parking - Passenger Car - 525yen/day.
- Parking - Motorcycles - Free.
- Mountain bike rental - 800yen/day.
- Canoe rental - 1,500yen/day
- Small motor boat cruise on Lake Biwa - 1,500yen/10minutes
- Fishing tackle rental - 1000yen/day
- Canoes School Fees - 1000/yen (Classes run from 4:30 to 5 everyday, weather permitting)
- 24/7 Convenience Store is only 1 minutes walk away.
House Rules
Please help conserve power and water by turning lights of when you leave your room and keeping shower times to a minimum.
Please inform management if you intend to hold a party.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to BSC.
